SPOOKY!!!

ok Not really but I looove holidays any and ALL of them! ;) I set up a little Halloween table with plastic spider rings and all! You will find spooky magnets.. a few vintage earrings that I made from charms that were hanging on my thrifted spooky tree! Handmade Trick or Treat totes and handstamped jewelry by my friend Mindy of Kuen designs & a few other treats!! Come in and check it out!!!

Yesterday was litterally raining cats & dogs! I found the CUTEST vintage apron.. and what is on it raining cats and dogs print! LOVE IT!!!! (you can catch a glimse of the apron in the 1st pic.)

Anthology's window display....

For those of you who may not know.. I sell some of my handmade accessories,totes and now hand dyed slips at the sweetest store on State st. in Madison (218 State st.to be exact!)Anthology! It is owned by two very talented sisters and is just the cutest shop! I sell my wares there to help me with rent and the bills of my own shop & of course to get my name out into the world!
Laura just recently changed their window display and featured some of my hand dyed slips as well as fancy headbands! It is beautiful! I was in the area this weekend so I stopped by and snapped a few pics myself!

Fall purses...

Fall purses are making their way into the shop & have me thinking alot about my use of vintage/recycled fabrics! I am in LOVE with the newest batch of purses and have some ideas for Totes as well. I also will hopefully (fingers crossed) get a few more skirts made for Saturdays Farmer's market! The weather has been soooo beautiful and Fall like and I am truly inspired! I will be at the shop today 10-4 come on in and see what is new.

Owls!!!!

I decided to hold off on sewing Monday (which is my sheduled sewing day) and do a little thrifting! I hit up a thrift store I have not been to in awhile and scored BIG TIME! :) I found sooo many cute vintage little owl things including the Dad mug.. oh my that will be a hard one to part w/ but it is for sale at my store!
I also bought the cutest sweater (it is from an online store that I love) that has owls knitted on it & it was $3.99! Adorable! (I will have to take pics of that soon!)

I have been updating my etsy shop with new headbands.. I will be adding purses and shirt skirts & possibly camp skirts soon! I am thinking about holding off on the wraps we'll see! I have sooo many new ideas... I am bursting!
