Vintage shirts & Airplanes!

So I bet you are wondering what vintage shirts and airplanes have to do with each other! Well nothing really?? Hehe! I have been putting appliques on some vintage shirts and sweaters to use up some beautiful vintage fabric flowers that I have. Here is a sample of one that is at the shop! Priced at $15.00! They are all prewashed and dried ready to wear! I have sooo many cute others as well.. if only my batteries would stay charged!

It is also EAA in Oshkosh.. Airplanes everywhere and people from all over the world come to visit lil' old Oshkosh! It is pretty neat to see an air show pretty much over my head any day of the week all week long! Here are a few pics we took from the roof of our garage!

I *heart* headbands!

Here is a pic of my best selling headband! I will be making a bunch more today.. I almost sold out last week(again)! I made sure to pick up more supplies.

I am also considering opening the shop for a bit tomorrow.. maybe 10-2??? We will see how long the kids can handle it! :)

Get ready for something REALLY cute ????

Oh my gosh! I have had this idea stuck in my head for soooo long! I finally stayed up last night and finished a few.... cotton fabric belts (that have pretty ribbon ties in the back) with (handmade by me)polyester bows handsewn and all! I looove the way they turned out and even more I looove the way they look with my camp skirts! There will be more of these soon!

Here are a few button earrings I made up today! They are made up of different scraps from my skirts. I *heart* them! if only I could wear earrings... well at least I get to make them cute for you guys! :)

Tomorrow Rusted Root is coming to Oshkosh! I am sooo excited, they are one of my favorite bands! Lets hope the rain holds off for us! Check it out.... the coolest local weekly music festival www.waterfest.org

Today was a busy day at the shop.. I sold out of headbands (AGAIN)! I will be up late making some more! :)

Little Red...

Riding Hood on vintage fabric! Eeeps.. Seriously! I looove little Red Riding Hood.. and I found this today at a local thrist store. I just loved the colors of the fabric.. got it home & realized it is a VINTAGE RED RIDING HOOD print! :) I am sooo happy!
