Monday inspirations....

Oh my.. I almost fell off of my chair when I found this adorable wall paper. All the items are from Anthropologie. We really want to redo our kitchen/ dining room. I have a strange wall that divides our kitchen/ living room that is going to become the coolest chalkboard paint wall...but it is the dining room nook that bugs me! It is sooo small and I can't really rearrange furniture.. and I can't decide on paint colors so what about wall paper??? We love our dogs! ( Oh and the plaid drawer pulls I just bought to give our desk a makeover..) on my wish list is the owl hook & wall paper! xoxo!

btw.. Did you notice the polkadots??? I just thought I would jazz it up a bit and I found this cool site for free blog templates.

CLOSED again.....

I am really sorry to those of you stopping by the shop & seeing that darn note up! My son is FINALLY starting to get better.. but I am keeping him home one more day! The problem has been my husband is working out of town so I am it for my kids & the shop! Jake comes home tonight so I WILL be OPEN tomorrow! I can't wait to go back to work.. Thank you all soooooo much for being patient with me!

Fall leaves...

I was just getting ready to lay down with Max when I looked out our living room window and noticed all the bright beautiful leaves! I love the trees in our yard... it reminds me of back home.. while living in a city!

Take a little time to enjoy the beauty of Fall! :)

still sick....

My son is still sick.. he seams to be feeling better today! I am closing the shop today and possibly tomorrow! I apologize for any inconvienience but my prioirities are to get him healthy again! I will for sure be open Friday & Saturday. I will let you know about Thursday by this time tomorrow!

CLOSED TODAY....

I have decided to close the shop today! My son is still not 100% better & I am lucky enough to be able to stay home with him when needed. I apologize for any inconvienience.. and will let you know if he is better by tomorrow!

Please take note.. Market st. is now only accessible by Algoma st. repairs have started on the Grand Opera house! This will directly effect parking in front of my shop! Please continue to support my business as well as other Market st. businesses. It is going to be challenging for all of us!

On a happier note... I made a cute Owl bag for myself! I have not sewn for just "myself" in a long time! I looove how he turned out.. minus a few mishaps!
...and I love my hat.. hard to see in pics. but it is a cute black knit slouchy hat I bought on Etsy about a year ago! I love it more w/ my new short hair cut!
