more butterflies.....

I do love butterflies! I thought I would share a cute picture of a tee I appliqued on using my scrap fabrics! I only made two so hurry in!

JuMpers & BabY dolls!

I just got in the sweetest jumpers & Baby doll dresses from Fancy Clothing! I am such a fan .. I own several of her pieces! They are pretty much one of a kind or limited edition! She also uses reclaimed fabrics which is my favorite, not too mention that every piece is soooo well made & cute! I get compliments everytime I wear one of my amazing dresses or jumpers! I feel so lucky and honored to have them at my shop!

Wild Apples!

Guess what???? I just took 8 skirts, many fancy headbands & lots of cute button accessories to Wild Apples a cute floral & gift shop in Baraboo Wi yesterday! It is about a 15 minute drive to my hometown (Sauk Prairie) near the Dells & Madison! I was soooo excited when the owner and life long friend asked me to sell my wares there!
Thank you Missi!!! Soooo get in there & check it out! She also put together the prettiest bouquet for my Mom! Her flowers are amazing & soooo beautiful! I meant to get pics but left my camera at home!

Working hard........

I have been working REALLY hard to keep up! I finally feel like I have a good head start! I finished a few projects that I have had wanting to work on for quite sometime.. YAY! I can't wait to share but you'll have to wait one more day so I can get some decent pics. Here are a few sneak peaks! I finished 3 new Wrap skirts, 3 new spring camp skirts, clutches & lavender pouches made with the cutest little fabric inspired by russian nesting dolls!

Blythe headbands ...

I lowered the price & shipping costs on my Blythe headbands found here in my Etsy shop. I have a few more designs I need to get out of my head. I am struggling with free time to keep up on my merchandise. I may need to adjust shop hours to give me an extra day to sew. We'll see! My kids have a two hour delay with school today.. so I may be a little late to the shop considering they start right when I open!

New tank tops & the cutest little Nerd Boy!

Here are the new tank tops I am in LOVE with! I am REALLY happy with the way they turned out! Handmade yoyo's made from scraps of skirts I have made in the past.



annnnd I was cleaning out some things the other day. I brought home some Nerd glasses for Jada & Max! Max has been wearing them ever since! Is he not the cutest thing... ;)

Pretty storage...

I took these pics awhile ago & have been meaning to share them! I hardly ever buy new things for storage solutions.. I kind of have always been that way. I recently cleaned and organized my sewing room & I realized how many vintage (empty) sewing baskets I had. I displayed them all together and they are filled with all sorts of thngs.. tags, business cards, vintage pins ect. They are very handy for storage and cute too! I love repurposing old things!



Thank you to everyone who came out for gallery walk & if you didn't make it no worries, Jaime's gubs are still available at the shop. There are a few cute bunnies & chicks for easter!



I am off to the Dr. to get tested for Strep! :( I have had a very sickly household and I woke up with a bad sore throat today.. which really bums me out! It is supposed to be sooo nice out & I wanted to get lots of sewing done! Uuugh!

Ever wonder what Gub's are????

Well come stop in tomorrow night for gallery walk & Oshkosh Crafter Jaime Hunt can tell you! I have the pleasure of carrying Jaime's adorable & well made Gub's at my shop all the time. My son owns a cute monster & my daughter a adorable owl with hot pink skulls on it! ;)



Jaime also creates eco friendly coffee cozies, cute gadget cases that are great for cell phones & ipods as well as her adorable owls, monsters, chicks & bunnies! (perfect for Easter gifts!)

Hello March!

I LOVE March! It is a month of promise for warm weather & snow melting maybe??? I have been working on a few new things. Here is a cute cardigan I appliqued on (it sold right away)! I love the look.. I am on the hunt today for some cute cardigans and tee's! I have sooo many more ideas I have to get out of my head! I am finally feeling somewhat normal!
