I ♥ this skirt!

It is one of my favorites to date :) & I just added it to my etsy shop. I just ordered tons of fun new fabrics and I will hopefully keep up on my skirt making so that I can have new skirts at the shop and new skirts on etsy.

Vintage gals...

I have had this amazing vintage pattern collection for years. I am so drawn to them.. most of them I have never tried to recreate, but they are sooo much fun! I decided to make some sweet magnets out of them. I used scrap magnetic strips from my friend Josh/sign guy and decoupaged on the patterns and then cut around the images! I especially love the pink ones with all the pieces of the pattern shown.

I am hoping to get some pictures of skirts to post online today.. the sun is finally out!Yay!

A GOOD mail day....

I love a good mail day.. no bills (well maybe one) and lots of goodies. Button covers, vintage lace (I had to have) and some vintage goodies to make rings with!
I am feeling a bit under the weather, but I am hoping to get lots of sewing done tomorrow for the shop. I have a ton of skirts to sew. I also just ordered the cutest vintage (but new) looking sundress. (I could not find any pics that would upload so I will have to share it another day!)

CLOSED EARLY!

I had to close early today! I am so sorry.. My son fell at school and fell so hard it knocked the wind out of him. He is ok, but needs to be on 24 hour watch to make sure he doesn't have a concussion (I am a horrible speller) I apologize for any convienence. I will be open tomorrow (Fri.)9-2:30 and Sat. 10-3

A few new things....

I have been working on! :)

New hair clips!

I have several new hair clips in new fabrics for spring. I think they are very vintage inspired(some are vintage fabrics). ;) I love them! I will slowly be adding them here over the next week or so & I have most (if they have not sold already) at the shop & some at Anthology.

I am also hoping to add a few skirts to my etsy shop soon.. and a few new surprises!
(I'll keep ya posted!)
